[1] The Jordanville Calendar calls for the Praises to be sung in Tone 2, with 8 stichera: Feast 4 (taken from the Matin’s stichera – which would be found in the service for St. Gregory of Nyssa); and Hierarch 4 – with the last two psalm verses being: Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. & Thy priests shall be clothed with righteousness, and Thy righteous shall rejoice. However, this does not match either the Slavonic or English texts for the service, and does not follow the usual patterns for a weekday service during an Afterfeast.

[2] This stichera is from the service for St. Gregory of Nyssa.
