Announcements:
We want to thank every for your responses to the Fund-raising appeal for our Phase II building, and just remind those of you who have made pledges to continue to support this project.
During the construction process, it is very important for parents to make sure that the children stay away from the construction area. We also need everyone to try to park as close to one another as possible during this processes, because depending on what is going on, the usual parking spaces will be more or less limited.
Kroger Share Card: You can download the form to have St. Jonah Orthodox Church connected with your Kroger Card by clicking here. This is a painless way to help support our parish.
The Worontsoff’s will be hosting a Labor day weekend pool party at their home immediately following the post-communion prayers. There is a sign-up sheet for items to bring to the party. Everyone is invited. Maps will be available, and it is very close to the Church.
Next Sunday, during the usual Sunday School time, we will have a meeting with all the parents of the children to discuss the coming school year.
